Vacation Appartment rated with 2 Edelweiss:
- Bed dimensions 190 / 90 cm bzw. 200 / 90 cm
- Minimum size of the apartment:
for 2 persons 30 m²
for 3 persons 40 m²
for 4 persons 50 m² - Apartments must be stand-alone (lockable and with seperate door)
- One parking space per apartment must be available (except in urban areas)
- Metered telephone available
- WC, bath or shower in each appartment (no shower curtains)
- matching clothes hangers, one-piece mattresses and bed frames, clothes closet, wardrobe
- fridge in every apartment
- sufficient cuttlery, pots, glasses, tableware
- Floral decorations and evidence of environmental awareness (high hygiene standards, trash separation), information material for guests
- Establishment must comply with all state building codes
- Eat-in or Table with chairs must be available in every apartment
